He was recruited from the Airline Industry to join Southland Amusements and Vending, Inc. in 1998, and since that time he has become proficient in management of gaming equipment.

Albert Coy Jarman Jr., PHR has served in a key leadership role for Southland since 1999. As the primary resource for policy creation and compliance with labor laws, Coy formed Southland Gaming's Human Resources department into the highly efficient functional organization it is today.
