Service

SGVI offers technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week from its central call center. SGVI also employs technical personnel who reside throughout SGVI's service footprint to provide support and maintenance services promptly and efficiently.

We focus directly on achieving the objectives of our Government client in its day-to-day operations by providing careful training and monitoring of its personnel and of the video lottery Retailers. Strict adherence to proper gaming regulations by SGVI and VLT Retailers and support for the Government's duty to meet public policy imperatives in relation to gaming are also at the forefront of our service mission.
