Southland Gaming of the Virgin Islands is responsible for the USVI Video Lottery Program. In 1998 Southland Gaming answered the request for proposal and signed a 15 year exclusive contract for the Virgin Islands video lottery. The first service was initiated in 2003 and continues today.

Southland Amusments is involved in sales and service for coin operated amusement devices. Starting in 1983 Southland Amusements became Southland Gamings' first operating entity and still provides service and sales through the state of North Carolina.

A & E Distributions opened in 1993 to provide sales and service for coin operated amusement devices and arcade style games in South Carolina.

Southland Gaming operated video lottery terminals in Louisiana from 1993 to 2005.
